Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the GuardAC service. By using the Service — registering, paying for a plan or connecting the plugin — you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

1. General

These Terms of Use govern how the GuardAC service (the «Service»), provided by the Administration, is used.

By using the Service (registration, payment, connecting an API key or the plugin) the User confirms that they have read and fully accept these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.

2. About the Service

GuardAC is a cloud service that detects cheats in games by analysing player behaviour. It consists of a plugin for the game server and a cloud API accessed via an API key within the chosen plan.

The Service is a moderation aid. The final decision to punish a player is made by the administration of the User's game server.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided «as is» («AS IS»). The User applies the results of the Service at their own discretion and risk. The Administration does not guarantee:

  • that the Service meets the User's expectations;
  • error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Service;
  • detection of every single offender or the complete absence of false positives.

4. User obligations

The User undertakes to:

  • use the Service within applicable law;
  • not attempt to bypass, overload or disrupt the Service;
  • not share, resell or publish their API key;
  • use the key only on the number of servers allowed by the plan.

5. Plans and payment

  • Current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page before payment.
  • Payment is made through an external payment provider by available methods (for example, SBP or cryptocurrency).
  • A plan is activated after the payment is confirmed and is valid for the paid period.

6. Refunds

Because of the digital nature of the service (access is granted immediately), refunds after a plan is activated are not provided, except when:

  • the service was not delivered due to a technical fault of the Service;
  • access to the paid plan was in fact not provided.

7. Refund procedure

To request a refund the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment. The refund decision is made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

The User agrees not to initiate a payment chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support.

8. Intellectual property

The closed components of the Service (cloud API, neural-network model, backend), the website and other materials are protected by intellectual-property law.

Copying, decompiling or distributing the closed components of the Service, or reselling access to it, without the rightsholder's permission is prohibited.

9. Access restriction

The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service if:

  • these Terms are violated;
  • abuse or key sharing is detected;
  • required by law or by the payment provider.

10. Liability

The Administration is not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect losses, including lost profit;
  • consequences of decisions the User makes based on the Service;
  • temporary technical failures and access limitations.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Administration may amend these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service means the User accepts the updated Terms.
