Privacy Policy

1. General

The «Service» is the guardac.net website, the dashboard, the GuardAC API and the plugin for game servers. The «Administration» is the owner and operators of the Service.

By using the Service the User confirms acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, stop using the Service.

2. Data we collect

The Service does not request passport data, documents, photos or any other personal information beyond the minimum required to operate.

• Account identifiers: username, email address, internal account id.
• Key data: API key, plan, limits and request statistics.
• Technical data: IP addresses of the game servers a key is bound to; your IP and browser data when using the website.
• Anti-cheat data: player nicknames and identifiers (UUIDs) and detection events that your server sends to the Service for checking. This data is processed on behalf of the game server owner.
• Interaction history: support requests and actions in the dashboard.

3. How we use data

• operating the functionality: key validation, quota accounting, cheater detection;
• communicating with the User: notifications and support;
• protecting the Service from abuse: anti-abuse, protection against key leaks and sharing;
• analysing and improving the quality of the model and the Service.

4. Payments

Payment for plans is made through an external payment provider. Card details and payment credentials are processed by the payment provider and are neither transferred to nor stored by the Administration.

The Administration receives from the payment provider only the fact and parameters of a payment needed to activate a plan.

5. Sharing with third parties

The Administration does not share collected data with third parties, except when:

• required by law;
• necessary to fulfil obligations to the User (for example, when a payment is processed by the payment provider);
• the User has given consent.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site uses browser local storage (localStorage) to keep your login session, selected language and currency — this is required for the dashboard to work. The Service uses no advertising or third-party trackers.

7. Storage and protection

Data is stored for as long as needed to provide the services and comply with the law.

The Administration takes reasonable technical measures (password hashing, access control) but does not guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

8. Your rights

You may request changes to or deletion of your data by contacting support. Deleting an account ends access to paid features; refunds for the unused period are not provided unless the Terms of Use state otherwise.

9. Disclaimer

• Transmitting information over the internet always carries risk.
• The Administration is not liable for loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Administration may change this Policy. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means the User accepts the new version.
