Get a key

Sign up, open the dashboard, go to the Key tab and copy it.

Install GuardAC

Download the jar and drop it into plugins/. One jar covers every supported version, so there is nothing to choose.

Start the server

Start it once so that plugins/GuardAC/ and its config get created.

Paste the key

Open plugins/GuardAC/config.yml, find the ai: section and replace the value of the api-key line inside it with your key. Save the file and run /guard reload.

Check it works

/guard monitor shows checks live in combat, /guard stats gives you the numbers, /guard menu opens a live list of everyone fighting right now.

Requirements

Paper, Spigot, Purpur or Folia 1.16 or newer, on Java 17 or newer.

Minecraft 26.1 and 26.2: the server needs Java 25. The GuardAC jar stays the same, nothing to swap.

Tip: keep /guard menu at hand. It shows everyone currently fighting along with their latest scores, and clicking a head takes you to that player as a spectator.
